porziuncola took inspiration from the history of Saint Francesco of Assisi and looks at the nowadays emergency to reflect on the relationship between humankind and nature. It’s a wood architecture, covered by ceramics slabs, that connects various materials such as soil, jute, white color and light. These elements have been selected by the artist to invite the visitor to a private meditation during the experience inside.

This installation has been created for VOLUMNIA space and belongs to the project Imbilico, that started in 2016 from the consequences of the earthquake in Central Italy.
